SmartCorp is a fully automated online ordering facility that lets busy accountants set up new companies, trusts and self managed superannuation funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Accountants can now order companies, trusts and self managed superannuation funds and receive all documentation by email within minutes. You can also choose from 4 presentations in 3 different colours and receive the hard copy the next working day.

You Don’t Have to Pay Upfront

At SmartCorp we understand that it is not always possible to obtain payment from your clients at the time you place your order. That’s why SmartCorp allows you to nominate whether you would like to pre-pay and receive a discount or to receive a 30 day invoice. SmartCorp accepts Visa, Mastercard and BPay at no extra cost.

Four Presentations & Three Colours

Environmentally minded accountants can download and print only the documents you need and take advantage of our lowest price.
In addition to an electronic file of company documents, the DIY print presentation includes two copies of the constitution which will be delivered to you by overnight courier.
SmartCorp can also supply a slimline presentation file which stays in your filing cabinet. It contains all the essential hard copy including two copies of the Constitution and is delivered by overnight courier.
If you prefer, SmartCorp can supply companies, SMSFs and trusts in high quality binders containing lots of spare forms which are delivered by overnight courier. SmartCorp’s binders are available in blue, maroon and black.

Copy of Documents to Your Client

SmartCorp can email an additional copy of the company documents directly to your client at no extra cost. Your clients can view and print all their company documentation including the Constitution. Just enter the email address you would like the documents sent to when you are completing the order details.

Corpliance Smartcorp’s ASIC EDGE Compliance Service

Corpliance monitors the review dates of clients’ companies and then downloads and forwards all Annual Statements waiting for collection. Corpliance also offers a host of other vital, time saving and error eliminating features including electronic notification of all changes to ASIC. The Corpliance website is constantly updated which means you are accessing the current requirements of ASIC. Software patches and new versions are a thing of the past. A Brief History of SmartCorp

SmartCorp was established in 1996 to meet the needs of computer savvy accountants. Before the internet revolution they created Compuco, Australia’s first PC based corporate register and EDGE lodging software. Compuco allowed accountants using dial up modems to place orders and then download all new companies’ details directly into Compuco for ongoing electronic management.
